The Annual meeting will be held at St. John Matthew Emanuel Lutheran Church in Brooklyn on Sunday, February 25th from 3pm-6pm. All Delegates can participate on zoom or in person. All Pastors, Delegates, and Participants must register on this Eventbrite link:

On the morning of the 25th, Delegates, Pastors, and Board Members and viewers joining virtually will be sent a zoom link.  Please, all voting members on zoom identify yourself with a "D" before your name so we can count your votes.

In person delegates should plan to arrive at 2:30 in order to sign in for voting and quorum purposes.
